ESPA is delighted to announce auditions for the iconic Broadway classic GUYS AND DOLLS.

Set against the bright lights of 1950s New Yor City, Guys and Dolls is bursting with bold characters, razor-sharp comedy and thrilling musical numbers. The story follows desperate gambler Nathan Detroit as he searches for a location for his next big craps game, his long-suffering fiancée Adelaide who has waited 14 years for a wedding, and smooth-talking Sky Masterson, whose latest bet leads him into the unexpected world of straight-laced missionary Sarah Brown.

This much-loved musical offers a wealth of opportunities for performers of all abilities, with standout principle roles, lively supporting characters and energetic ensemble moments. Featuring some of musical theatre's most recognisable numbers including Luck Be a Lady and Sit Down, You're Rockin' the Boat. This show demands strong storytelling, confident character work and a company ready to bring humour and heart in equal measure.

We have ONE pre-audition rehearsal; this is standard for every show we do. It is to give people a chance to sing through the audition music with our musical director and be taught the audition dance by our Choreographer, Chloe.

The auditions are split across two days. Our aim is to see everyone on the first date, however due to high numbers, we may need to see people over the two dates provided. If you are unable to make either date, please let us know when you sign up.
